The image of the city of Karpinsk of the Sverdlovsk Region was received on October 5, 2017 from SPOT 6 satellite. Konzhakovskiy Kamen, North Iov, Serebryanskiy Kamen, Trapetsiya, Gvardeets, Tylaiskiy Kamen, Ostraya Kosva and Kosvinskiy Kamen mountains can be seen on the image.

Mount Konzhakovskiy Kamen is located in the southern part of the Northern Urals. It is one of the highest peaks of the Ural range. Its height is 1569 meters. The path to Konzhak, as tourists call this mountain, passes through the Iovskoye plateau. The foothills of Konzhakovsky Kamen are covered with a dense coniferous forest, gradually disappearing as one ascends to the top of the mountain. Starting from an altitude of 900-1000 meters the slopes are covered with tundra vegetation and stone placers – the kurumnik.

The name of the mountain is associated with the name of the hunter – Vogul Konzhakov, whose yurt was standing at the base of the mountain many years ago. On the slopes of Konzhakovsky Kamen in the first half of the XVIII century there were four copper mines that sent raw materials for processing to the Lyalinsky copper smelting plant. Now there are practically no traces of these mines.
